Development

Development processes in our company are flexible and efficient. Preferred methodologies, we use, are SCRUM and flavors of other agile processes. However, our developers and PMs are familiar with classical RUP and MSF.

It is important that we can easily adapt to customers' internal processes and be an integral part of their teams.

Given SCRUM, the principal participants of the development process follow: ScrumMaster who bears responsibilities of communication coordination and decision-making, ensuring final product; Product Owner who represents end user’s and other interested parties’ interests and the Team of developers. Constant communication between the Product Owner and the Team allows him to be fully involved in implementation process and thus achieve best results.

As a rule the choice of process is made based on final result expected, terms, budget, requirements, programming technologies and platform.
